As the Lead Agency, we collaborate with a variety of community partners who provide local knowledge and expertise. Our relationships with 7 Local Planning Partnerships (LPPs), 11 publicly funded school boards, and 5 public health partners ensure that our programs meet our communities’ unique needs and circumstances.
